Jami was very instrumental in facilitating the sale of my parents home quickly. My parents made a very sudden and unexpected decision to leave the state, within a 2 week timeframe. This meant selling most of their belongings, packing what was left, selling the house, and leaving the state. Needless to say this was a very emotional and stressful two weeks (we were all experiencing a lot of grief). Jami was very patient! She ended up handling many details that most realtors would not involve themselves with, and these details allowed my parents to sell their belongings quickly and focus their time on sorting, packing, planning. She went over and above listing the house - which by the way, sold at full price, and within 24 hours. 11/29/2021 A few weeks ago Betty and I sold our Twin Falls home. Jami Whited was our realtor., She did an excellent job in representing us to potential customers, other realtors and financial representatives. This is my evaluation of her. Jami was always friendly, courteous and helpful. I especially appreciated her for: 1. Always keeping her word. If she said she was going to do something, she always did it. 2. Going the extra mile. She helped us with our moving sale; represented us well at closing which we did not attend because we were moved; and assisted us in the sale of our furniture after we had moved. 3. Being willing to get an answer if she did not know it. She never tried to bluff us with an “I know it all" attitude. She never let her inexperience inhibit her professionalism. 4. Jami made the entire process so easy. She always made sure we were informed and understood the information that was given to us. Jami did an excellent job of helping us schedule appointments with contractors and potential buyers. I anticipated this to be a stressful process but Jami managed the processes and always checked in on us to make sure we were doing ok. While we were looking for a house to buy, Jami made each house tour a fun event. She always came prepared with specs on each house so we had all the home information at our fingertips. She always kept our specs in mind when showing us homes and made sure to take notes as we walked each house. I am very happy that we decided to use an agent through this process.
